Cooking this from scratch. My husband doesn’t. Had to run for the missing ingredients but still missing some on the photo. I don’t like it to be too creamy or “cheesy” and very “hot spicy”.
Green this time. Am I too “anxious”? I cannot wait to make this and ensure it’s done “perfectly” for Christmas. My husband just love this…more sweets to come once I get the missing ingredients!
I’ve been absent I know but today, I am preparing for tomorrow. Another first time in my life. My husband’s favorite. He thought he can have it today but he already had his “sweets” for today anyway, dark chocolate. See you tomorrow!
Sweets this time and crunchy. These actually gave me another “bright idea”. Add a “sweet fruit” and something sticky maybe? Stay tuned!
Well, not the typical sweet and sour out there. My first time using these ingredients and I rarely use scallions in my cooking. I wonder what else to do with these. I will not use tamarind this time to make it sour.
With some condiments, by the way, I am not cooking adobo but I will add “citrus flavor” with a bit of cane vinegar. It’s my first time using stove to cook this. I usually put it on the grill after marinating overnight.
Anyway, with wrapper this time and, cheese? Oh Yes, I sauteed the ground pork already… that’s because I had too much of it last time. I usually don’t do that. I also have a different ingredients this time. I thought I’d try it. Even my own version I “tweaked”!
I haven’t had it in a while. Since it’s a “lazy day” for me, this will do but missing other ingredients especially the main one. Eggplant will do also but too lazy for it today. My daughter used to call it “pizza” when she was small. This is a “family favorite”.
A colorful one today. Haven’t made this in a while. Can be chicken or pork or both? Hmn…
Yes, that is two days of “eating out”. Today, here it is, the simplest way of doing it and it is not “Paksiw”. I prefer this way of cooking fish than Paksiw anyway. I am not a fan of sour tasting food aside from Sinigang.
